I Am MLK Jr. tells the story and celebrates the life, work and words of this American icon from an engaging contemporary perspective structured around seminal events of the Civil Rights Movement. The documentary features interviews with key figures, including Rev. Al Sharpton, Rev. Jesse Jackson, and Rep. John Lewis, as well as entertainment, political and sports figures such Nick Cannon, Van Jones, Carmelo Anthony and NFL player Malcolm Jenkins.
